Yes. Here at Caddy-Rack, we fully stand behind our product. If at any time your Caddy-Rack becomes unfunctionable, please send it back to us along with $20 and we will exchange your rack.

How do I place a wholesale order?
Please use our contact page. Commercial discounts apply when purchasing 20 or more Caddy-Racks. Just send us an email of the amount of Caddy-Racks you want to order. Normally, our discounts range from 20-40%. Caddy-Rack retail display signage is included with orders of 20 or more.

The Caddy-Rack measures 8" x 8" x 12" and weighs a little over six pounds.

What species of wood do you use?
We use spruce, cedar, and are always experimenting with other native, readily available species of woods. We are even looking into recycled and reclaimed beams.

Can I paint or alter the look of my Caddy-Rack
Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes! We love to see pictures of your customized Caddy-Rack. See our Gallery page to send us your pictures. We recommend using the all natural Caddy-Rack for painting.

My Caddy-Rack cracked, is that normal?
Yes. Checking or “cracking” of the Caddy-Rack is the natural ageing process of your Caddy-Rack. We do feel that it does add character unless it renders your Caddy-Rack unfunctionable. A well used Caddy-Rack will become scratched, dented and checked.

My Caddy-Rack’s finish is drying out, what can I do?
In order to restore the finish on your Caddy-Rack, we suggest applying an all natural pure tung oil treatment. This will not stain your Caddy-Rack, only revive the finish of your Caddy-Rack.

How many people currently work for your company?
Two and our dog Jackson. We are however, indirectly creating jobs in our community.
